Dado que somos parte de la naturaleza, los cambios estacionales influyen tambi\u00e9n en nosotr@s. <strong>Podemos mejorar nuestra salud emocional y f\u00edsica adaptando estilo de vida y alimentaci\u00f3n a las estaciones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El elemento madera alcanza su expresi\u00f3n m\u00e1xima en primavera; el h\u00edgado y la ves\u00edcula biliar son en esta \u00e9poca los \u00f3rganos m\u00e1s activos y deben funcionar de forma \u00f3ptima. La energ\u00eda necesita expandirse y fluir sin obst\u00e1culos.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Una alimentaci\u00f3n con exceso de grasas, fritos, alcohol\u2026 combinada con emociones como ira, frustraci\u00f3n, rabia, o enfado pueden contribuir a un bloqueo en las funciones del h\u00edgado y la ves\u00edcula biliar.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>El sabor \u00e1cido y el color verde est\u00e1n asociados al elemento madera. Un poco de \u00e1cido tonifica el h\u00edgado, pero sin pasarse, todo exceso nos perjudica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e9 debemos evitar en primavera:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exceso de alimentos grasos: embutidos, quesos grasos, fritos, salsas, carnes.<\/li>\n<li>Exceso de alimentos salados: salazones, conservas.<\/li>\n<li>Exceso de alimentos picantes\/calientes: piment\u00f3n, ajo y cebolla crudos, especias.<\/li>\n<li>Exceso de horneados y fritos que calientan demasiado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n es importante evitar el estr\u00e9s innecesario y las prisas. Se debe poner atenci\u00f3n en el manejo de las emociones negativas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e9 se recomienda en primavera<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vegetales de hoja verde: acelgas, espinacas, apio, alcachofa, perejil, lechuga.<\/li>\n<li>Frutas ligeramente \u00e1cidas: ciruelas, albaricoques, manzana, uva, pera.<\/li>\n<li>Algas verdes como la espirulina.<\/li>\n<li>Germinados y brotes: soja, alfalfa.<\/li>\n<li>Cereales integrales mas ligeros: ma\u00edz, trigo en grano.<\/li>\n<li>Legumbres: lentejas verdes, guisantes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Acostarse temprano es de gran ayuda, el h\u00edgado tiene su hora de m\u00e1xima actividad entre la 1 y las 3 de la madrugada. Si abusamos de alimentos calientes como carnes, picantes, alcohol..etc., nos sentiremos atra\u00eddos por los fr\u00edos como az\u00facar, chocolate, helados,pasteles\u2026 si queremos reducir un alimento fr\u00edo como el dulce debemos reducir tambi\u00e9n alimentos calientes como carnes y especias.<\/p>\n<p>Se deben evitar las dietas fijas y mon\u00f3tonas.
